Washington D.C. Transit Token Cufflinks
These wonderful D.C. cufflinks are made using vintage tokens from the Capital Transit system, which was created in 1933 to merge all existing streetcar companies into one. In 1955 the company became DC Transit, but the streetcar system was slowly dismantled to switch over to buses, and the last streetcar was retired in 1962. If you have the Capital City in your blood, show your heart on your sleeve with these sterling silver cufflinks. Measure 0.625" across, and beautifully packaged. Made in USA.
