Returns & Exchanges
We hope every customer is thrilled with their purchase and that everything about their ELSEWARES experience rocks. But if that’s not the case, let us know — we’re happy to accept returns of most merchandise for store credit or exchange. Here’s the deal:
Please use this form to request return authorization. Be sure to include your Order Number and the details of the product you wish to send back. You’ll receive a reply with instructions on where to send your return or exchange and how to take advantage of store credit (if applicable).
We suggest using a trackable shipping service for returning items to us, as the customer is responsible for the items arriving back to Elsewares safe and sound.
Custom items are not returnable. For everything else, we have a 30 day policy, so return requests must be made no more than 30 calendar days after the original delivery date. For exchanges, we charge actual shipping cost in lieu of a re-stocking fee. Store credit never expires — use it now, or save it for later.
Please do not send items back without submitting a return request and receiving instructions. Pretty please.
