We do our very best to ship Standard (in stock) items within 48 hrs of your order. If an item takes longer to ship, it says so in the product description (e.g., “Ships in 1-2 weeks”).

Special Order items are either custom made or are in the process of being re-stocked. We don’t charge you for Special Order items until they ship. Such items ship as soon as they’re available and sometimes separately, but at no additional cost.

Orders usually reach continental U.S. addresses 1-7 business days after they leave our warehouse in Brooklyn. Below is a map with approximate transit times. A package shipping to Chicago, for example, should take between 2 and 3 days from order to delivery, if it’s an order for Standard (in-stock) items.

If you need your order to arrive by a certain date, please let us know in the ‘Comments’ section of your order, and we will contact you to arrange expedited shipping.

Please be sure that your shipping address is correct, and includes any apartment or suite numbers, or company names. This will ensure the timely delivery of your package.

You can check the status of any order, and track its progress with UPS, by viewing your order history.

International Orders ship via Priority Mail International and rates are calculated at checkout by weight and destination. You can review international shipping rates during checkout before actually placing an order.

The Standard Item/Special Order info above also applies to international orders. Once shipped, international orders will take between 1 and 3 weeks, on average, to reach their destination. When an international shipment has left our warehouse, its tracking number will appear in the “comments” section of your order.

Our international shipping charges do not include any import fees, taxes, duties, brokerage, or any other charge applied by a third party. The customer is solely responsible for these and any other fees should they apply.
