Nonprofit support. Muhammad Ali famously said, “Me, we.” It’s not a pun, but an eloquent taunt, a challenge to respect and live up to your fellow man. We take it to heart.
At checkout, every ELSEWARES customer can select from a list of nonprofit organizations we choose to support. Each customer’s selection is logged as a vote, and at the end of each quarter we divide a portion of our profits among these groups, according to the number of votes each received. It’s that simple.
New products. If you design, make, or sell something that ELSEWARES should know about, or if you know someone who does, send us an email, by all means.
Wholesale inquiries. We represent some of our designers to select retailers. If you’re interested send a fax, on company letterhead, to (866) 578-0730.
Privacy policy. We hate spam, be it sneaky advertising or potted meat product. We won’t share your email address with anyone, ever. Our policies concerning the protection of customer information and email privacy are explained in full here. How long will it take to get my order? Standard items ship within a day or two of your order. Depending on the destination address and the method of shipment you choose, such items should arrive at U.S. addresses within 4-7 business days. In some circumstances, however, both Priority Mail and UPS can take over a week. Our shipping policies are explained in detail here.
ELSEWARES also works directly with independent designers and entrepreneurs who handle Special Order items in direct response to customer orders. Most Special Order items ship within a few days, while items that are made to order ship as soon as they’re finished and ready for delivery and under separate cover (if applicable).
We don’t charge you for Special Order items until they ship, so you know we’re not sitting around on our hands — we’re doing everything possible to fulfill your order as fast as possible. Our Special Order policies are explained in detail here.
Worldwide shipping. We ship to every country that can get Global Priority Mail from the USPS. International shipping and handling fees are calculated during checkout according to weight and destination.
International orders can take a couple weeks to get where they’re going, but it’s always worth it!
How do I check the status of my order? You can view your complete order history at any time. Just click on the MY ACCOUNT link that appears on every page. Orders in transit with tracking info can be tracked without leaving our site. If anything looks out of order, email us and we’ll get right on it. Shipping & handling. We ship via USPS Priority Mail (w/Delivery Confirmation) and UPS Ground.
UPS will not ship to PO Boxes, APO addresses, or FPO addresses (if that means you, be sure to select Priority Mail).
